• The operator assumes NO liability for decisions made based on AI output
• You will independently verify all flagged items with a qualified attorney
• The Service explicitly recommends legal review for ALL flagged items

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreak, or adversarial attacks against the AI
• Upload malicious files, zip bombs, or content designed to crash the system
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service to develop competing machine learning models
• Upload contracts containing illegal content

Raw contract uploads are retained for 30 days to allow review, then permanently deleted. Analysis results and audit logs are retained for 1 year for security and compliance. All data is processed on self-hosted hardware — no third-party cloud AI services receive your contracts.

See the full Privacy Policy at /privacy. Key points: we collect email and username for authentication, contract text for analysis, and hashed IP addresses for security. We do NOT sell data, use contracts for model training, or share with third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: errors in AI analysis, data loss, system downtime, or decisions made based on AI output.
